Delivery Information
Coverage Area: We deliver across all regions of Nepal.
Kathmandu Valley Delivery: Orders arrive within 2 working days.
Outside Kathmandu Valley Delivery: Orders arrive within 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery Charges: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight or volumetric size of your package (whichever is higher).
Note: Delivery times may occasionally experience delays due to public holidays, transport disruptions, or severe weather conditions.
Payment & Order Confirmation
Payment Methods:
Inside Kathmandu Valley: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. You pay cash to the courier upon delivery.
Outside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery charges must be prepaid to confirm and process your order. The remaining balance for your item(s) can be settled via Cash on Delivery upon arrival.
Phone Confirmation Required: Orders are not dispatched automatically. A team member will call you to confirm your details. Your items will ship only after verbal confirmation over the phone, so please ensure your phone number is active.
