Key Guidelines & Conditions
Time Frame: All exchange or return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
Item Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Returns & Exchanges Process
Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, call us immediately at 9813636113. We will arrange a pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost.
Inside Kathmandu Valley: Exchanges and returns are completely free of delivery charges.
Outside Kathmandu Valley:
Exchanges: Free of charge.
Returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The remaining balance will be refunded once the returned product is inspected.
Refunds: Once we receive and verify the item’s condition, your refund will be processed within 2 days using your preferred payment method.
