• Mandatory Call Confirmation: All orders require verbal phone confirmation from our team before processing. If we are unable to reach you at your provided phone number, your order will not be shipped.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on the website are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless stated otherwise.

• Inside Kathmandu Valley: Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Outside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery charges must be prepaid to confirm the order. The remaining item balance can be paid via Cash on Delivery upon arrival.

• We reserve the right to modify prices or delivery fees at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are 2 working days within Kathmandu Valley and 2 to 7 working days for regions outside the Valley.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by transport disruptions, public holidays, bad weather, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are governed by our Exchange & Return Policy.
